Hello there,
I am looking to sell my biggest online community to date.
The site: http://www.youngcoders.com
Introduction
It is a forum aimed at helping young people that are interested in computer programming.
The site was founded on 14th August 2004.
The style
We recently adopted our new style, over $700 was put into this style, with the style you will gain the rights to lots of artwork, including the following images/logo's/mascots:

Statistics
Members: 2,100+
Pages indexed in google: 77,500
Google pagerank: PR5

Most of our traffic comes from google and other search engines.
Monthly revenue
Footer links: There are currently paypal subscriptions in place for the footer links that amount to $200/month however there are also non-subscribed orders.
Header banners: The amount of orders each month does vary, in past months I have sold around 7 of these at $25 each amounting to $175/month
Footer banners: These tend not to sell very easily, usually only about $20/month.
Sidebar links: There is currently only one advertiser here, however on the old style I sold about 5 of these/month for about $15 each amounting to about $75/month.
This amounts to a total of: $470/month
Points of interest
I believe the main selling point of this site, is not in its revenue or in its statistical value, it is in what it is...
This site is THE most popular forum for YOUNG computer programmers on the internet, it holds the programmers of the future and alot of time and energy has been put into the site by the members, as well as the staff that own it.
