Pool Sucks

Well i registered a domain on 19th of may using the pool backorder. I also paid 20 dollars to www.pool.com to list it in the auction. But the domain is sitll not listed. Fuc*ers.
I have sent several mails with no response from those f*cking blind idiots.
Never go for pool. THey are shits.

Geez Suthra tell us how you really feel But I can see your point. I still can't believe they're charging 20 bucks a pop to list when by my observation the average auction price for a tld is at an average 60 bucks and you only get that "if" you get a bid.

hmm didnt know you have to pay $20 to get listed.
But then again, that makes sense because it lets people know you're serious about selling it, unlike sedo where there are too many domains, most of which are there for parking

Even 10$ is not worthy enough. Because their customer care sucks! When i mail to namescout , they replied last month whereby they asked me to mail pool customer care for this purpose. But they transferred by domain to namescout which was pending initiation and is still under pending status after 2 and half months.

Sorry, a mistake, it was not 20$ it was 13$. I paid for that gold membership.

They have 3 types of membership.

$8 - $60 max start price
$13 - $500 max start price
$20 - $2500 max start price

I have spent a couple of hundred on fees....8-X

I have sold several names now totalling $5000-ish.

Thats the good news..

Bad news is I have not seen a penny of it !
The first name was sold about 10 days after they opened.
This would be very worrying except that it is a 'bonafide' established company that happens to have a rubbish system.
I am confident they will send the money 'eventually' .. eek.

The long-winded transfer of ownership and total time involved is a serious flaw. I havent tried to buy a domain there yet so I cant tell how bad it is from a buyers perspective.


If they had sorted this out from the start and not rushed into it then they would be kicking arse. Unfortunately they have probably managed to alienate many potential clients with their flawed system problems...

still havent see the $$$.. when was the sales???what sort of support do they have? man thats bad!
