I've got a major gripe against Pool.com. It's been over 2 weeks without a hint of getting anything handled correctly, so I thought I would warn you all and give a place for your own gripes if you like!
I'll give some details and post as progress is made. AND, in fairness, I'll be sure to update this original post with any resolution as well as make a new post below to tell how it was finally handled! I originally posted some about this in someone else's post here:

Fact 1: I paid Pool.com $20 for platinum listing for 14 day auction with 2 free relistings if not sold.
Fact 2: My domain (FaithChat.com) was not listed correctly from day one. Didn't get any added benefit for buying the platinum package!
Fact 3: I was told they should be able to relist it manually for me after the 2nd free relisting if it happened to not sell (this is good
).
Fact 4: Domain did not sell first time around and it was relisted for second round.
Fact 5: Domain name vanished from my management area shortly after relisting. I got absolutely NO NOTIFICATION about anything relating to this domain.
Fact 6: I inquired and was told that the domain name had sold ON THE FIRST day of a 14 day auction for $10 above my minimum bid. (If sold at the end of the 14 days, I would just have to live with it!)
Fact 7: Did I mention that I got NO NOTIFICATION about bids or sale!!! Got information only by inquiring! Been over 2 weeks and no word on if the domain actually had a selling agreement between Pool & buyer. Seems that they could have handled this right away with the buyer by telling them of the error!
Fact 8: Issue Settled...Fair enough! "As a service to you due to the problems with the listing, you will be refunded the listing fee. The refund will be issued to the credit card we billed as soon as possible."
