I open a poker site that charges access to the site, not the game it self. Offer a free membership with limited number of points. standard paying membership recieve more points. points are the access to games.I include no purchase nessary. People dont compete against each other for money, but instead for a spot in a competition where they can win money from the site itself, not and end user.
Is this a legit way to get around a gambling license.
