I have sets of domains in different areas. For example, I own a bunch which all have to do with mobile tv. They are all short, generic, fairly good names, but don't generate much revenue because mobile tv has not really taken hold.

Should I develop one site re: mobile tv, and point all my names there, or keep them parked to hopefully pick up traffic as the technology picks up?

The short version: Do developed sites involving areas that aren't picking up generic type-in traffic yet, pick up traffic from searches.

Check OVT for exact numbers, but still Google for example could generate much more traffic than what Y OVT indicates. Imo develope one good name, test it, and leave the others parked. If the developed works out, develope the others as well. One-by-one.

Thanks - good advice

I'm going to try that...I think the biggest problem I'm having w/parking is that the traffic I do get has no interest in clicking links - they really just want info about this new technology. With more control I think I could choose links that would interest these techies.

WHy not start a blog discussing the content that might appear on those sites. Point each site to the category to which it relates on the blog. Monetize the blog using test based ads. Would that be a possible solution?

As you learn more about what people want and expect from .mobi, this will buy you some time to figure out which domain is the best for you to develop next.
