.TV - Develop or Park?

So, after seeing all the threads on the .TV domains it seems the extension is growing in popularity. I have a few questions on these extensions.

1. ".Com" is more common and more people remember this extension. Even if you develop a site around the ".Tv" name, will the average person remember this? I know the Professional domainers will. Problems I have seen time and time again, is that ".com" is so common that even after developing a site around a different domain extension, the other ".com's" get some of your traffic. Is this a problem to worry about or is this just non-sense.

2. When optimizing a site for a specific domain extension, with keywords as your main target, does the extension really matter at that point?

3. How well can you optimize a page when you park it, and do parked pages show up in the search engines or are they designed just to show when an exact key phrase is typed into the browser?

I'd say develop it. I just hate it when people buy domains and park it. It seems like a waste to me.

You park a domain only if you have traffic.
Parked pages are famous on not being indexed by SE.

Do you think .tv will have traffic if it is not a dropped name?

I dont think .tv names will do good in parking because such extensions dont really have type in traffic. However, if it is an old anme with some traffic, then you might take a chanc and put up a parking page on it.

Are there still any good domain names left?

If you are working a regular job like most people and don't have time to hack the internet all day, how do you find those good domain names? Do most people just buy the ones dropping out and the ones for sale? It seems like all the good domains that would have traffic are all bought up.....hmmm?
What's the scoop on all that?

Yeah, I agree, developing is always better especially if you don't have an insane about of traffic. You can get better rankings in the search engine.
