Plural versus Singular...(Which is best?)

IN what circumstances is the plural better in 2word domain names.......when is the singular better?

examples:
1. starwars.com versus starwar.com
2. hollywoodwives.com versus hollywoodwife.com
3. nyproperties.com versus nyproperty.com
4. premiercars.com versus premiercar.com
5. ukmortgages.com versus ukmortgage.com
6. localdelis.com versus localdeli.com


These are just random examples......but IMO(learnt that one from you guys),I would concur that #1,2,4,5 the plurals are p:blink:erhaps better than the singular..........lets discuss namepro members

It depends

sometimes singular is less valuable than plural..

premiercars.com is more valuable than premiercar.com

because it tells people that you are going to get information on premier cars (all type of premier cars).....

And from business point of view

"buy cameras" has more CPC rate than "buy camera"

Because people who are going to search with the keyword "buy cameras" is more targeted visitors than those visitors who is searching for "buy camera" these visitors are mainly looking for information.

In most of the cases Plural is better then singular.

There could be exceptions in particular cases.
