Pls Help. Webhosting Issue . Urgent !!!

Hi all,

Can anyone here successfully access my site: domainrates.org

It was down yesterday, up this morning and back down for the last 7 hours.

It always worked before. I have contacted my Hosting provider, and they say it is working. All other sites on the same server are working, and I can connect to my website via the IP Address and FTP, but for some reason when i type in www.domainrates.org into the browser i get the "SERVER NoT FOUND" default error message in firefox. I have tried on several computers on different ISP's and none load the page, yet my host says it is working?

I have contacted my Registrar to see if a problem on there end?

Can you guys see if you can access the site or not?

Its up as far as i can see.

http://domainrates.org/ just shows "web server is ok"

I tried at home and at work on diff. computers... not working. wired.

Edit:

Managed to open it using my Wireless ISP.

My home and work ISP are the same, for some reason my site does not load anymore whe n i'm going through that ISP, works on every one else. Just gives the Serve Not Found error!

Have the namesevers been changed?

No, its all cool now.

For some reason the sites refuse to work when using a certain ISP provider. My hosting company said that could be the reason, though i have no idea why. Anyway when i plugged in my other internet connection with another isp it works. Maybes it being filtered or something?

Yes we have had the same issues with different ISPs.

It can be an IP or an IP range blocked in the server firewall. If you do a traceroute to your site you can see where are you getting blocked and that will help you to troubleshoot the issue.

That's strange, It almost sounds like to me a DNS problem along your name servers but I would not get why it would go down and back up again and back down. It sounds to me like it would have to do with the domain registrar if that was the case
