Pls help me design a forum with the following

Hi,


1. The forum I'd like to design is seggregated into 3 main ones, like Music, Technology, Sports, Education, Games. In these main rooms sub sections as for Music-Rap, Rock, R&B, etc. should be created and other rooms the same. So many rooms in each forum.So the number of posts will obviously be numerous and the members using the forum. So thats the main stuff. The background color for each forum should be different like Music should be different from Tech.


2. Then there should be diff ranks in for the various rooms. Also the forum should show members registered from various countries with respect to their country flags after logging in.


3. The main thing is to install the mods. How cud that be done, since I will have many members?


4. Then I will be getting traffic on to my forum like advsts, banners, etc.


5. Finally I'd like to put in a DONATION link and a also signatures where members can advertise by paying some amt of money per day.



How much space and bandwidth wud all these require ?
