Any server types give any link(s) which will help me to do this or translate pls

Ok so I got some european domains from godaddy

.de .fr & .nl

We use hostgator shared hosting

I go to godaddy control panel and apparently these domains want "authoritative servers" - Not just your standard hostgator. (We have been with HG for a while and the IP addresses only differ on the last 2 digits - not good enough apparently)

So I got a response from HG as follows

Unfortunately, we are unable to configure nameservers on separate C-Class IPs. You will need to use a third party DNS provider in order to point this domain to our server.

If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us. We are more than happy to assist you.

And the following after I asked them to explain in english

We are able to host the domains as long as you are unable to point the DNS to us. However, we are unable to preform the DNS functions for you as we are unable to create separate nameservers on seperate C Class IPs.

Can any server types help pls - this is outside my knowledge zone

You can use a service like http://www.zoneedit.com/ to get a set of nameservers that you can then use to point your domain to Hostgator. (You create "A records" that point to Hostgator's server IP.)

Many of the questions you might have regarding the DNS system should be answered at http://www.zoneedit.com/faq.html such as:

An "A" record, also called an "address" record, ties a domain name to an IP address. If there is a server on the Internet that is configured to handle traffic for this domain, you can enter the name of the domain (like "www.ZoneEdit.com") and the IP address of the server (like "209.81.71.236"), and almost immediately, anyone surfing to that domain connects to the correct server.
How do I get started with ZoneEdit?
You must already own one or more domain names purchased from ZoneEdit or another domain registrar
Sign up for a ZoneEdit account that comes with two free zones
Once you have confirmed your account, log in and add zones to your account
A pair of nameservers will be assigned to you - set the nameservers for your domains to match these assigned nameservers

Hostgator should be able to help you set it all up for you, if you get stuck.

Authoritative servers means name servers.

It sounds like .fr, .de, or .nl require you to have separate nameservers on different networks for redundancy.

A class C means an ip address range. 192.168.1.1 and 10.10.10.10 would be different Class C networks.

The hostgator ip range is all one range, so they don't have separate Class C ip ranges for you to use.

In order to resolve this, you would setup nameserver 1 for that domain on hostgator, and nameserver2 for that domain on a different provider. There are free dns providers you can use, such as afraid.org.

I think that you also can contact hostgator and say: I need your help. Maybe that would be the best way to solve the problem.
