Hmm, decent layout. I can't say I like the font for the headings ("Welcome to Xbox Raffles"...). Also, the dark grey google ad box backgroud is about 5 pixels wider than the main dark grey background. Not sure if this is intentional.

The design looks Ugly. Not the colours but the Header, logo and the font. A little more work on the logo would be good.

Nothing about the colours, I know you want it to feel like a Xvox site.
