Please review - Pligg site now

Hello,

I thought i would do a new review post of Facedeal.com since the website is now a pligg site.

The theme is FREE! but i am looking into getting one done later on. I think i have all the categories covered. There's 23 categories now and the newest one that i have added is SAFETY and TIPS.

Definitely better than the default theme that pligg has included. I'm interested in your custom theme though, once you've got it up.
In the meantime, i'd suggest to work on a logo and favicon.

l like your current theme and think you may want to remove that adsense border to improve your CTR

I have a logo but i need someone to put it for me on the banner. The same logo is the favicon of the site too.

There has been some issues with the vps someone has been using alot of system resources. I have contacted support about it and they have cancelled the person using the resources.

I read some where that you can't make the ads too integrated into the website now.

I think it looks great. The only think is I am so sick of that blogger icon. I would consider using other small icons or bullets for the catagories, and also to put the catagories up higher on the page.

I too was getting sick of them and removed them. I also moved the categories block up some. I like it more now.

Ok, here is the deal

It's a good theme overall. The gray backround doesn't exactly fit with the other colors though, I would change the background to some lighter and "easy-going" color.

Next, organization is quite good, +very easy to see everything.

If possible, I may get a logo, but really, the current logo is quite good because of its "plainless" lol (usually not the case :p)

And lastly, I you see those images on the left that is made up of the box with a number in it? Well I would be a bit more creative with that. Possibly incorporate that more with the text somehow.

Other than that, it's looking quite good.

I like the gray background because it makes the actual template stand out and it looks like it has a shadow.

I'm putting alot of attention into the categories. I want them to be really good.

I might get the logo done in a few days.

About the square images i want to switch them for price tags match the green or blue color or maybe have both colors in it.

Ye, the background isnt that big of an impediment, just my preference

I think a shaded background would look better
The table is small and to big monitors you have plenty of grey
