Review Arcade Site (rep awarded)

Please review the following arcade site as it has now been setup as an Arcade Directory (PR 3).

The previous owner had it as an arcade site but was recently hacked and he didn't want to continue with it so he sold me the domain name.

So I turned it into an arcade directory site that will feature arcade sites and games.

What types of categories and sub-categories should I create?

I want both arcade sites and specific arcade games to be submitted.

What should I do about pricing (reciprocal, regular, and featured links)?

most arcade games that i saw carry miniclip.com's games so the categories there will suffice for now

i see zeros in front page, obviously you're in the lookout for game owners that will submit first for the content i discourage the pricing first. as the traffic builds up and you can show some numbers on front page, got traffic to it, users, then think about the price, this is not to discourage membership and submissions as well.

Just look at other arcade sites to get an idea of the categories you need.

A normal link has to be free, after that again just take a look at what other sites are doing. Google doesn't like paid links, so any featured links etc. will have to be no follow. So, the price of your featured listings is going to be based on the amount of traffic your site receives.

I agree that you're asking too much of people for a brand new site. For example:

"If you are making a reciprocal link submission, your site must be at least PR3+ and our link must be on the homepage of your website URL."

You want a PR3, front page AND they still have to pay you. A recip link should be free or you're never going to build up any kind of volume at the site.

In general, the site is too bland. It's about arcade games which are full of color and graphics. You need at least an image of an arcade game or maybe a bunch of logos, something that tells you what the site is the minute you hit it.

I thing that you need more colors on the header. Also, you need an unique logo.
For me, the main problem is that all submissions are paid as DDC_Cyn said.
