Hi Bill,

I really like you design and the icons look great! If you don’t mind me asking which programs do you use to create them? Because I have been playing around with creating my own icons along this style and I can easily create the background etc with no dramas but I do have some issues creating looks like your icons of the pie charts etc.

Looks to bland, not enough action - if you're going for icons, you need to "wow" me immediately upon landing on your site. unfortunately, this hasn't happened. While your true stunners may be hidden somewhere inside; as a user that isn't intrigued from the get-go, i'm not going to start digging for more.
Use your logo and make the best icon out of it, draw attention to it, currently it's a font that's just,...well...there. Pull out all the stops and tricks and shine with your logo.

The portfolio is nice, but needs more content. Embedded contact form is definitely the way to go.
Overall, a bit more color and "wow" effect, some animated gif icons would be useful, etc. Off to a good start yet quite some room for improvement.
