Hi,

i aim to form a Java community with articles, news, jobs, forum, blogs, links and more.

www.brainjava.com is a new site so there aren't a lot of contents as of yet but please do sign up and look around & let me know how I can improve it.

What i expect:

1) Design review
2) Features you like
3) Features you expect
4) New ideas/suggestions.

All suggestions/feedback are welcome.

the side blocks need to have more space around them (at least in FF)

looks good and i like the logo...but yeah mybe those boxes need something done with them...look a little werid in ff

Dongan, my suggestion is to make some parts on the main page more conspicuous (sorry, don't know how to put it in the design terms), what I mean here is the whole page looks homogeneous, while there should be more informationally important things.

The side <h3>'s before the lists definitely need more padding. The first list element almost touches the heading.

I like the logo a lot, but it doesn't work well in the favicon.

The "Forums - Featured Discussions" and "Forums - Newest Discussions" at the bottom need help. They overlap funny and in Firefox, some of the text is cut off.

I need more about functionalities like Bookmarks (links) and features.

it only gives that error on the blog section, your logo is fine, just a lil blurry

it takes a while to load and i'm on a pretty fast connection, however, the overall design is nice and the color scheme works well

i like the logo too and the usability of the site overall is nice, easy to navigate and looks professional

the only thing i'd change is the vertical nav links and buttons down the left hand side if i was doing it
