Viewed on a phone, there is some css issues I need to deal with as far as the logo.

Otherwise, how does it feel? Would you stay or just walk away? It is in the early stages.

The large image at the top left of the home page was slow to load, but if it is early days you maybe haven't gotten around to image size optimization.

Its not the kind of site I ever visit, so can't say much else.

Good job. I stayed click a few articles. Just dont know how you would engage people so they would return. Something so they knew it gets updated and current and coming soon articles, some teasers
