Please review my arcade design.

Hi,
I registered this domain a long time ago and _almost_ finished the site, but then I got bored and decided to quit. so I did. So for a long time the site just consisted of a huge list of games. (about 1000) with title and description and some adsense banners.
And the games were fully playable.

But a while ago when it started to get up to 80-90 hits a day, and I have no idea where they came from. and I was getting 2-5 clicks a day on adsense.

So I decided to finish the site, and here's what I've come up with:

I never liked all the arcade scripts etc, so I made my own.

Anyways, How do you think I can improve this site / design?

I like the concept of the site.. its pretty slick and small.. most arcade are full of ads in every corner and look like crap because the ad positioning.. I think you are on the right track with your design and your site.. looks alot better then most the boring phpAS arcades being sold and such.

I would re-design your logo.. maybe add some font layer effects to it? And also try using a bolder font so it stands out more. The rest of the layout looks great though.

Looks pretty good, i'd revisit the logo, though and beef it up some. It's a bit on the simplistic side. Also, the nav bar, i'd suggest to center it.

Other than that, pretty straight forward nothing much to adjust, eventually highlight categories with game selections to make it easier for users to drill down into the content of the site.

it's simple, which is good for a game site like this (ie. addictinggames.com) but it feels like it's trying to be more complex but not quite getting there. i hope you get what i mean
