Good site names on obscure domain names. What you might try to do is to go to sites like partnerCash and see how they are developing their site, then structure your site similar, but NOT copying their content or their proprietary business methods, then offer the site for sale.

Example: I took an obscure domain name, mountq.org, and created a site to change the name of Mt. Everest back to its native name of Mt. Qomolangma. I just got an offer from a Whois search for the site without even offering it!

If you feel the sites are worth over $1,000, then partner with a rapid website developer who will do it for about 50 bucks (overseas programmers are hungry for jobs like this), or if you have time, fill a template. It took me a week to do my site, but it was worth the effort.

I know I'm new here, but I feel that if domain owners can showcase the domain names a bit more, people would have better results at a sale. Of course, I have about 60 domain names in various stages of development, so it can vary.
