Thank you for pointing that out Oompa. But if I'm showing ads related to something else should I really have a problem considering that if you owned Windows.com and you would be showing ads related to some windows maker could microsoft really sue you?

I think out of those, unlockdata.com is the best. Underdeveloped it might be high $xx at a max... but if you develop it to do something with software, etc... low $xxxx is a possibility.
