domain Please help, need advice / appraisal - Lovertip.com & lololboobs.com

Hello everybody ,i started a wordpress blog called Lovertip.com and i started posting on it and customizing it , it began to attract readers and im getting around 2000 unique visitor and more than 10000 view , now i want to sell it because i was promoted in my work and i cant focus on both my work and the blog .
second i own a domain called lololboobs.com which is worth 3000$ according to godaddy official appraisal .i want to sell it too . i want to know where and how could i sell them fast.

There are many websites for sell your domains. Sedo, GoDaddy, AfterNic, Flippa, Bodis, etc.

For the developed one, you can try to list here in namepros.
Or you can try to sell the developed name on flippa, but flippa requires some listing fee.
So you have to calculate carefully.

and i got a bid for lovertip.com with 400$ only which i think is too low

Your missing the point. They (or anyone else for that matter) can tell you all day long that something is worth X (be it $3,000 or $3,000,000), an appraisal is nothing more then just words.
The only TRUE worth of your domain (or anything else) is what someone is willing to pay for it.

If no one is willing to pay $3000 for that domain... then it is NOT worth $3000 regardless what Godaddy says.
If someone is willing to pay $400 (and not a penny more) for your domain... then guess what... your domain is worth $400. That is what someone is willing to pay for it. That is what it is worth.

Unless you have the time to sit around and wait for days, months, possibly years for someone to come along and offer more, then you have to make a decision to sell or wait.

For me, lovetrip.com is not a bad domain. I would not be surprised if it sold for around $2000 if you are willing to wait for a few years, looking for better offers. If you want to sell very quickly, I think it is hard to get above $400 that you were offered. It is not the kind of domain that would get lots of attention and tons of offers.

However, lololboobs.com is a strange domain for me. I might be wrong and miss something, but I would not expect to get anything above the reg fee for it.

Exactly...it's the software "to lose a firm offer we want a higher commision rate app".

Appraisals are worthless at the end of the day. IMO counter with a mid - high $xxx and chalk it up as a win win to invest for bigger dinero later.

Yes, I do wish ppl would READ BEFORE POSTING THE SAME QUESTION 700 BILLION TIMES! Pretty much EVERY page in this site has something to do with finding websties to sell theirs with (and ppl saying "I can't get interest with SEDO!" & the sad justifications for not getting offers a la "But an appraisal said I have gold!") Honestly, can ppl not read and come up with educated answers on their own?

Estibot vaues your domain at $190. I cannot see the GoDaddy valuation because your link doesn't work. But why would 1 valuation company value it at $190 and another valuation comes in at $XXXX? What did Sedo value it at when you listed it there? The problem is, all valuations are worthless, until a domain has an offer. Then you can say it has a value of $400.

If the domain was Home.com you'd be getting loads of offers on Sedo. But LoverTip.com, I'm not surprised you don't get any offers on Sedo. I think you should jump on the offer of $400, and re-invest it in a better quality domain.

Valuations via appraisals are a dead shot in the dark.
So many valuators use differnet means of coming up with a figure.
Might be one just uses lol as the valuation.
The other just uses boobs as the valuation.
But together?
Not worth much, maybe a few bucks or so.
