I received this message from a potential buyer:

"I am interested. I will call you Thursday to get more details."

My English is not very great, so I do not want to negotiate with the buyer by phone. What would you do in my place? What should I answer him?

Tell him the truth, that you're not comfortable over the phone, because you lack English speaking skills . Ask him to communicate via email.

Normally when people want to talk on phone, they want to negotiate you down. Be firm, state your asking price as first step and see how it goes.
