Welcome to the forum.

I am no expert, but I think you should start over. I would. Cut your losses and just chalk up what you have learnt and spent to experience and move on.

Building a business (investing another cent or minute of your time) around any site that can be whipped away from you in a heartbeat at any time (after you could have spent thousands of dollars or years of time) is very unwise. It makes for a boggy foundation for your building.

There are a million other domains out there to build your very own business around, if you do a good job, there is zero need to trade on the business name of another. Be proud of your own busines name. Spend some time brainstorming and come up with something unique and memorable.

I don't think it is fair or wise to try and sell the domains and pass the hot potato on to another user. But that is just me. If you registered them less than 5 days ago, I believe you can have them grace deleted an get your money back, if not, as I said, kiss it goodbye with no hard feelings and move on.

It is natural to be attached to your first online endeavours, but to work and earn online successfully you need to know when to quit, move on and learn from your mistakes/experiments. Good Luck.

Like Honey Domains mentioned, you could lose them any minute and you could also get sued for a lot of money if you do develop them.

I can't see how it would be a wise move to develop them.

Second, you say:

Which is basically saying 'I know I'm breaking the law and I could get in a lot of trouble and I'm aware I'm infringing on a trademark and doing all this in bad faith;
...but do you still think I should try to make money from it?'

Now, do I really have to answer that question?
Not being mean, but your entire post is over-the-top ridiculous in delivery and content.

Are you serious about learning something of domaining, or are you just messing with us?
If you're serious, wipe those domains out of your account, forget they ever existed and don't even think about ever doing anything with another trademark-based domain.
Then hang around this forum and read a lot of posts, especially in the newbie area, and ask questions before you leap into decisions like the one you made with the above domains.

You want to contact your registrar and ask them to delete them, whether you can get a refund or not, secondly you want to contact Eric Lyon the admin here and tell him to delete this thread.

1) Apple is a company that strongly defends their intellectual property
2) They don't have to go the UDRP route and try to make a bigger case of this to make an example
3) As Bannen pointed out you first say you know you are infringing and then say looking to sell.

You are doing yourself more harm than you know with this thread, this is not the way to go and this thread can get indexed in Google.

Delete the domains and then delete the thread.
