Johname, that is exactly what I want to do with it. Since it is seasonal, I can focus all my energy on marketing it during that time. I plan on getting some affiliates, forums, blogs, etc... and increase as much traffic as possible. having a few good months of solid revenue + traffic would increase the value and if the right end user comes by, I can ask for a decent amount of $$ for it.

I'm hoping to find a good end user with EntrepreneurHelp.com. The name is kinda long to be attractive to a normal domainer but would be worh a lot to the right end user (perhaps an analyst or bank).
With GreenCrudeOil.com .. well that speaks for itself. With all the renewable/effecient energy push... this would be very valuable to a big oil company. I'm considering doing direct end user marketing or hiring a professional broker to do it.
TargetEnduser.com & TargetUser.net I came up with strictly for selling to domainers or brokers but it can also work in retail situations.
Wi-FiStore.com is a site I already have up and running and making $ off of. I plan to spend more time in marketing and develop and if the right price comes along, I'll sell the whole site.
