Its been a while since I've been here, and this domain didn't have much value last time I asked for an appraisal, but I think that with the release of the Wii, and with the term 'Wiimote' really starting to catch on more, the value has gone up.

Clear cut... have some basic info about how they work. news about the recall. maybe photos of pimped out controllers. photos of wiimote-related damage. links to wii-related videos (from youtube or where ever). Not sure if that would drive traffic, but it certainly would help to get some page rank.

I really think more can be done with the domain. Redesign it, setup some reviews on the remote, add an affiliate banner....... (Free Wii? Click Here type of stuff) and just promote it a little and see what happens. You can make more money off adsense+try to get people to come to your site for other services... [link it to your wiiguides proxy]. Goodluck!

I think it is regfee but has potential with the right amount of time and care given to it. You can put up amazon affiliate links to purchase the Wii off of your website as well. A lot can be done to AT LEAST cover the reg fee, which is what most domainers try to do.... while they wait for someone to pay the right price for their domain

wiimote is a fairly popular name for the Wii remote. I don't think it's the official name of the remote though? (correct me if I'm wrong).

Still... I would value this domain more than reg. fee, but not a great deal more - but selling to a Nintendo fan (there seem to be quite a few about), could give you a decent sale. low/mid $xx undeveloped, $xxx developed nicely.

Wiimote is actually a great brandable idea. You may be able to sell the chucks or skins for the chucks later on when the items become more available. Or you can start talking about the controls of the Wii and the other aspects in a blog. Money to be made with that name. Then again it is a .info... So that drops value a bit until popularity is at its peak.

I think it'd be cool to have a site that lists stores where wiimotes are available, since they seem to be a lot harder to find then xbox 360 controllers or ps3 controllers.
