I think €1K++ ($1400++) is a decent enduser price. For resellers however we are looking at mid $xxx. I agree with Damion $100-$250 is too low for those letters.

if you have RIGHT NOW even just 1 NP member (and I`d add : it`s a very reputable one) that offer $300 for that name , whatever your point is, this name worths a MINIMUN OF $300 , RIGHT NOW .

I agree, and that's why i find it hard to grasp why you find it so difficult to understand that your appraisal is not realistic and even flawed.

Take a moment of your time to review LLL.eu sales and you'll understand that your appraisal is too low.
Or do you not take comparable sales as a factor when appraising a domain?
