I dont see any value in these considering the extension is for the adult industry

Try and stick to adult keywords, if you wait 12 months from now, there will be plenty of decent adult keywords/phrases dropping

Were these $99 each? This is a sad waste of money. See if you can get a refund before it's too late. These are going to be really hard resells and even harder to develop. Try your best to stick to adult key words as gilescorey has pointed out. If you are going to invest with this extension that seems to be crucial, especially because the cost of registration is so high. If you cannot find an obvious one with high search traffic and demand, stay away. Even then I would be slow to register.
