Hey guys,
I'm not really into trading/investing domains. Just have a general interest. In fact, my portfolio consists of just two!.... and one of them is MY business website!
With "www." featuring in all URLs I got to thinking about how this term is announced in every day life - TV, radio ads; business meeting etc.... its mostly prenounced in literal terms. "double-u double-u double-u dot".
Ive also seen some slang versions tri-dub-dot, dub dub dub dot.
So I took a punt on....
tripledubdot.com
I guess its pretty worthless as a domain name in most of the things that you look for but if this kind of slang becomes more popular, maybe even to the extent that it evolves into an every day term, might it grow in value?
Cheers
