Please appraise this domain for me. Replace the dot with a .

Its a .us domain, which i know devalues it a bit. But I still think its a great keyword domain and there are quite alot of searches for the term.

Both sales in January of this year so they are a good barometer.

I don't see why your name wouldn't be in that range as well.

Anyone else have any appraisals?
Skate gets 6,120,000 broad searches and 246,000 exact searches each month in Google Alone. I think this is a great name for a Skate company/blog, but I'm after your opinions.

Anyway I have decided to send it to auction, so will soon see what the value is. Currently a top bid of $350.

Thanks for your comments MicroGuy. Of course .com would be the one to have. But considering it appraises at 1 mil, I doubt the owner would let it go unless it was xxx,xxx. So based on this, someone wanting to set something up with a much smaller budget can do it with this domain. That and there are a lot of skate companies in the US.
