It does depend on who the buyer is. I always feel to sell a domain for low $xx is barely worth the transfer hassle unless the domain is so terrible there really is no chance of selling it for more. You have somebody interested, which is half the battle won, so you're in a good position. I would push for a little more, nothing too greedy. The name is a short brandable .com so you wouldn't be wrong to first ask for low $xxx, high $xx. It all depends on who the buyer is though.
