Adding 'The' 'My' or other words in front of domains always gives it a 'I wanted the version without, but someone else had it' look to a domain and will definitely impact the value of the name.

Having said that, I do like the name in itself, it does have a nice ring to it and is somewhat brandable due to that.

As for value, like I said 'THE' is going to devalue it especially from a resellers point of view, but still there may well be an end user out there who loves this domain.

Reseller value you might be looking at mid $xx to low $xxx.
For me I would push for a minimum of mid $xxx from an end user, although you might have to wait a while to find that 'end user'.

Speak Spanish could be a site for spain tourists with special phrases, possible also with some spain recipes etc. There are so many options.
