Art Grants dot com

I am the original owner of this TLD since 1998 or so,
and would like an appraisal for selling to an end-user, not a reseller.

Also, if I go with one of the major brokers (e.g. Sedo or others), how do I determine if they have sufficient expertise in this particular industry?

Note: In the arena of grants for the arts, there is a distinction between grants given to individuals and grants given to organizations. This domain could appeal to either or both.

Some possible end-users:
an author who writes about art and money;
a solo grantwriter or art coach;
a grantwriting consultancy firm;
a publishing house specializing in books about art and money;
an existing for-profit in the art marketing industry (and there are many);
an existing nonprofit involved with grants for either individual artists or arts organizations.

I am not an expert on this niche, but I do deal directly with end users.

- Taken in Com/Net/Org

Judging by the search volume, CPC and Sponsors probably Mid $XXX - Low $X,XXX to an end user. But, if you find the right end user who knows.
