Good day guys,
I want to list SincereDesire.com online for sale but I don't really know how much to ask for.

Estibot valuation is $1,000.

I read lot of articles about Estibot and other domain valuators online but I don't know if automated appraisals really work.. I would appreciate knowing your thoughts on my domain before I take any step to list it online for sale...

Very nice, good normal well recognized phrase to catch. That automated appraisal on one like this is a pile of horse dung as high as the Eiffel Tower. You would take that only if you wanted a really really easy quick flip.

This one could go in two different directions. It could fetch a nice price in $xx,xxx because it really is worth it, or it could linger and languish without a buyer. If you want a quick flip as they say, start at $5k perhaps.

While this is not among the "best of the best" of all domains obviously, it is still nonetheless very good, and greatly usable and brandable. It would be a great asset to an end user that has the right use for it, and it could be used for many different applications.
