Please appraise this domain name, I checked the online appraisals and they give my very high prices. I mean some are over $20.000
I want to sell it for a fair price, but don't know how much is a fair price. I think its a great domain.

If you trust online appraisals you are going to make a lot of bad purchases until you eventually understand what makes a domain valuable.

I can tell you this domain is not worth 20K and will not sell in that range. In fact I don't think it would sell for itself.

I see only one obvious use for that domain, selling TVs wholesale. In general retailers that sell TVs sell them along with other types of appliances so they will want something broader. Here the purpose is narrow.
Undeveloped I think it's mid $$ if you find a buyer.
