We've had this domain for some time and haven't gotten around to developing it.

We've had several interested in buying it, and are now seriously considering selling.

Any idea what it is worth?

I'm afraid yes. There are many worse domains around, but this one is pretty weak imo. good luck.

Not everyone going to like "sensible". Mid xx base, but ask at least mid xxx from an interested party. Goodluck
