to me these seem like they should be worth at least high $XXX for the .com and $xxx for the .info..what do you think?

The keyword 'roids' does have a pretty sizable monthly search volume that would make it attractive. However I do imagine it would be a hard sale to many as it is a taboo topic and technically illegal in many parts. However I do see potential in the high $xx market to an end user. This is likely someone wanting to put together a bodybuilding forum, blog, etc. IMHO though it would get lumped in there with drug, adult and gambling though.

I cannot see much value in ncaawager.com. I understand gambling is a lucrative business in the real world and online but not too many people are searching for the term 'wager' and you also have to worry about using a term like "NCAA." They are pretty notorious in legal matters as swift and efficient. I would not take the risk. $0 on this one.
