Would love to know what this site is worth at this point. It will be developed more over the next few months but if it has some decent value now I will think about selling it sooner.

I have not run any income generating ads at this point and am getting appx 2,000 unique visitors a month.

Yes and I think people tend to refer to the templates more by the format its saved in i.e. psd template.

I think there are quite a few similar domains that are developed.
Probably Adobe is not chasing for TM violations when the domain is developed the right way. Doesn't mean TM issues should not be considered of course.

IMO low $$$+
