okay, this is REALLLLY getting annoying. Seems like I could never get an appraisal unless I bumped my topic, and now it won't even LET me bump my topic.

PLEASE tell me what you think it's worth. I was told by 1 person about 50-100 USD.

It certainly has some development promise. You could either go high-end (Mortgages) or low-end (payday loans).

I think with the biz extension and long name, though, it's $X to low $XX undeveloped.
