i like ppca would make a very nice mini site development which would instantly thrust it up to $xxx but i feel it has even more horsepower than that since it would make an excellent adwords associate website and there real enduser sale possibilities. Which ultimately means dont sell for less than $xxxx Goodluck

Agreed on payperclicks. I also like yogaforums, its the right extension too; should be able to justify mid xxx for that but may not be a foregone conclusion someone will bite (ps i think someone on DNF is looking for a (generic keyword)forum.tld)

Londoncondo is good as its geo and high value product but unfortunately condos really is a US term not at all used over here. Isnt there a london over there too? In which case depending on size of town could be anywhere valuewise.

Good point...there is London Ontario although that's here in Canada. I imagine developing for "condo rentals" might be a good idea since everyone else uses that over flats this side of the water. Thanks for the posts folks!
