Pending deletion?! I'm not sure where you're checking it, but you can (you need to) use official whois at www.whois.co

It's regularly registered with status clientDeleteProhibited.

I just can't see value in .co like this. I see potential value in product names and names that pair good with COmpany. Examples would be cigar.co, photography.co, peanut.co. Then there are domains like business.co, games.co which carry value in just about every extention. Of course things like Denver.COlorado would be great as well.

There are many opportunities to buy great generic keywords at reasonable prices. Keep away from the multi-word domains and go after solid, one word names. Lots of .co keywords just went fairly cheap last week. I see a few more goodies that recently expired as well. I'm not saying you'll make a profit with great keyword names but at least you'll be positioned a bit better moving forward :)

Coming from a former Forex enthusiast I can see little to no value beyond the reg fee. I understand you have a powerful keyword "Forex" however the "online" and a .co are a big turn off for a potential customer or end user. "ForexOnline" seems kind of redundant doesn't it? How else would you do it in the 21st century? If I were an end user I would want "forex" alone or with a brandable allowance such as "iForex" or better keywords that sound more appropriate like "TradeForex." Obviously these are not easily achieved.

Try to contact .com and ask them for $450.

That's the last thing I would do. Talk about bad faith...

Let it expire and take it as a lesson learned.
