Well I guess there is nothing special about them.
The iphone = TM (trademark) issue though.

Reg fee, means that they think its worth.
TM, means you are infringing on a trademark.

You might be able to sell them, its just not likey you will get much.

the 2nd and 3rd names would benefit from developing.
However that TM'ed name needs to be deleted. Any attempt to develop or resell will only incur the wrath of the Lawyers.
