Search terms are one thing, use is another. What do you see a domain like this being used for? All I see in it is a comparison site for device chargers, or something of that nature (tricky). If you don't see a domain catching someone's attention for a plausible business / personal use, the price expectations have to drop...I just struggle overall with it, IMO. However, don't take my word for it, see how others feel

So anyone can make a comparison site of device charger. It can relate to any electronic device that needs to charge. from Tesla car to your cellphone. I looked at its wide categories. I appreciate your valuation, But I think it may be valuable domain name to start a device charge niece blog site.

Its not horrible but I also don’t see alot of value. Maybe as a redirect for existing product. Or a blog site. Both cases it will only garner XX to XXX max imo.

A much better way to assess value (or not) before you buy is to check NameBio for how many recent sales of very similar nature/niche and keywords like starting with charger or charger anywhere. Also watching reported sales and auctions is a learning experience of its own.

Read the forum, learn a bit more and then buy more names. Good Luck.

Mmm, the point about electric vehicles is fair. To my understanding Tesla does free charging, maybe I'm wrong and its different for newer models. I do know that charging an electric car is cheap, you're talking 10 bucks for a full charge (typically), so a comparison site for something like that? Compare prices...if you can afford an electric car, you aren't caring much about an extra dollar here and there when it comes to price differences. The likes of insurance is a different matter, for comparison (save hundreds, sometimes thousands), so a comparison need is stronger there. IMO

Agree with what @jhm said, what could the domain be used for potentially?

Let's say we go the "device charger" route.

What would make a buyer choose chargerprice.com instead of
chargerpricing.com
chargercomp.com (see domcomp.com as example)
chargercomparisons.com
chargerprices.com (plural seems more useable)

or if those not available in .com, why not register the .net or .co or .io or .ai for example.

That being said, it would also not surprise me if someone came along and just buy it for $1000!

Mostly, try to see it from the buyer's/business point of view. As @alcy mentioned, the more you read and learn and practice, the luckier you will get.
