In my opinion the .biz is slightly outdated now and companies are moving on to bigger names including new gtlds.

The DomainAppraisal.biz may be suited to someone in the industry looking to create an affiliate website as well as appraisal service. V.low $xxx at best as there are loads out there already and not always that accurate which can be off putting.

FinancialManagement.biz is a great keyword but again the .biz doesn't come across as a professional extension in comparison to the industry that it is representing. You may be able to find an end user who is starting out in the financial industry but this may be a needle in a haystack.

Agree with above - domainappraisal.biz much better name than financialmanagement.biz

Is there already an appraisal site with an affiliate program that you could use it for yourself to generate affiliate revenue? I would look for that in the meantime of finding an end user.
