Given the fact that search engines dont recognise - then have I made another mistake (lol) or could this be developed:

mortgage-s.co.uk

Given the state of the housing market in England at the minute and the fact that house prices can only go up and banks should start lending again (we hope) then hopefully we should see an up surge in the number of people able to get mortgages in the coming years, all speculation I know (but I am in the housing market myself.)

I was also thinking of the singular and plural angle for people such as portfolio landlords who buy numerous properties on buy-to-let, which now is a good time to do so, by the way if anyone wants help with letting their.......

The hyphen is ruining the type in traffic but not the one from search engines. The name has potential. It is worth mid $xxx in my opinion.

I don't see the value at all with a useless hyphen shoved in the middle...I think the only value it will ever have is what it will bring in as revenue.

No one is going to pay a high price for such an ugly name I don't think sorry lol
