I created the domains bankrentalproperty.com and bankrentalproperties.com after reading an article about the FED creating rules for banks wanting to rent out foreclosure properties. Here is the link to the article:

People looking for a rental property are not going to be looking for a bank owned rental, they are going to be looking for a X bedroom, X bathroom home in X area.

Besides, having a bank as my landlord would be a big turn off. My first thought of a bank owned rental is that when something goes wrong, nothing is going to get fixed or if it does, it will take a very long time.
