.COM can sell for huge amounts as there is only (1) and it can be worth whatever to the right buyer.

That value does not translate to other secondary extensions. Don't see much value in this one.

Terms need to be extremely strong to have any resale value in .XYZ.

Cant see any value in this one. As mentioned above, you cannot see a .COM sale and then expect the same word in a brand new extension to have value.

I think this one is going to be hard to sell even if you wait a few years. Personally I wouldn't renew it and just drop it if I can't flip it for a few dollars in the first year. There are far better .com names that are still available to register in XYZ.

Actually, I just now did a quick check and it appears this name is trademarked. You should definitely not renew it.

What have other xyz names sold for? Rego fee as can't appraise with zero history.
