Unless you find out a dedicated end-user, which wants to market only India stock photographies, there is very small chances you can sell this domain for anything more than mid $xx.

Estibot appraisals are no-sense most of the time.
There is a thread here on Namepros where there are hundreds of domains appraised at reg fee on Estibot, being sold for thousands of dollars.

Then there are thousands of domains appraised at $xx,xxx on Estibot, selling for a dozen of dollars.
