I have a number of domains that estibot states are over $5000 but finding it hard to sell them, dont pay any attention to the estibot appraisal, listen to the guys on here as they know what they are talking about. You will find the auto appraisals will not be the same which if they were to be believed you would expect them to be...e.g. swift appraisal gives your name $470-$710 / domaintops gives your name: $9 and leapfish $10

Profits profit and your name looks extremely long, you would be kicking yourself if you dont accept it and in a years time you have to renew with no other buyers around when you could have had $250

If you do not feel comfortable accepting that offer price you can always counter with a price that better suits you. In the end, it's yours to lose [name and money]. However, you have to consider some key points here: the name itself is long, redundant, and .NET to boot. IMO, take the money and run and enjoy some nice profit to reinvest. Congrats!
