This looks to be a developed .COM and established website.
I think .CO in general should be avoided. The only exception would be if you do business in the South American Region of the World. Or, if you own a billion dollar corporation and want to pickup .CO as a defensive reg. But even then, I personally wouldn't bother.
Without getting into the depths of a comprehensive ccTLD discussion, I think you should avoid these .CO domains unless you fully understand ccTLDs and the pitfalls of investing in non .COM extensions. I myself personally can't think of any valid reason a non-columbian would want to bother with this third-World extension.
Don't believe the hype. There are three of four .CO pumpers on this forum and that's about all. If they appraise this domain for some ridiculous price, ask them to buy it. That should tell the tale.
