The hyphen makes it much less desirable because it detracts from brand value.

Some gold domains have sold for good money, but this was is a little awkward because of the hyphen.

It will probably be quite hard to sell as not that brandable so few other merits.

I think this does have some good potential, whilst hyphenated domains do not njoy the same popularity as non hyphenated domains. There is still a market for them, especially in high demand niches....
