

Before I canceled it I'd throw up a simple WordPress Real Estate Theme on it then shoot those "dozens" of companies an email saying the SITE was available (if you have some time before expiration - then do a few links - post some stuff - see if you can get a decent ranking before you email) . . . . IMHO - you are this deep into it might as well see where the rest of the trail goes.
Just not sure people in Egypt would necessarily be looking for the English version of this domain . . . but I'd still take 30 minutes to throw up a site and send out a few emails - ya never know - I guess we have folks here in the US looking for [Egyptian Real Estate]?? (140 Exact Global Searches and a .46 Average CPC / according to Google and a fair number of ads showing on the SERP . . . - for ALL that's worth).

It's a nice name. Does Egyptian law allow foreigners to buy properties in Egypt?
Anyway, I think the plural would have been a better choice, (registered in 2006).
